Casandra Roache received a Bachelor’s degree in Health Service Administration and a Master’s of Public Health from Florida International University (FIU). Coach Cass, was born to Jamaican parents in New York City and currently resides in Hollywood, FL. Casandra is also a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., Urban League of Broward County’s Young Professionals Network, and serves as the Vice President for FIU’s Black Alumni Association Board. Coach Cass absolutely loves to travel and plans to kick off next year with a Missions trip to Africa.

In the roughest part of northern New Jersey, Jersey City, he was raised by a single mother of five boys. When he was 10 years old, he was relocated to Miami, Florida with his family. After moving to South Florida, Darius and his family experienced major financial hardships, being homeless and living with others for years until they found their own place to call home. He expresses these experiences through his speaking engagements to inspire and encourage others to know that despite anything, we can still be victorious in life.
